Eumajia is the artist project and brainchild of multi-instrumentalists, Ivan and Alexis Malespin, a husband and wife music duo. Together they collaborate to compose, record, and perform original music that draws inspiration from nature, the occult, psychedelia, and their shared Afro-Latin American experience. The Los Angeles-based pair reinterprets and reimagines traditional Black American musical styles through the lens of thoughtful songwriting, and a creative harmonic, rhythmic, and melodic sensibility.
